Hi, I’m Emily! I have been doing hair for over 12 years :) Specializing in Color and Special techniques; I deliver premium hand painted balayage, lived in color, vibrant vivid patterned hair, long hair layers and alternative style craft cuts. I’m dedicated to achieving your perfect hair. I create customized haircuts tailored to you and your unique personal style. It’s not just about your hair, it’s about how you feel, and what you want. I care about you as your stylist, and I’m here for you to relax and have your time, whatever that looks like to you. A little about me; I am a 3 year playing Alto saxophonist with Clovis Community Band, and FCC. I am an artist and mama. I have three birds, four dogs and cats :) I have a passion for Jesus and creating with my hands. I’m here to deliver an experience for you and use my artistic skills as we navigate our creativity! I’m looking forward to meeting you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to Emily & Hair — a safe, welcoming space **BOOKING, RETAINER, & SALON POLICIES** Thank you so much for choosing me for your hair. I truly value your time and trust, and I’m committed to giving you the best experience possible. The following policies help protect both of us and keep everything running smoothly. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. --- **RETAINER POLICY (NON-REFUNDABLE)** A **non-refundable retainer** is required to reserve your appointment. This goes toward your total service cost. * Retainers are **non-refundable and non-transferable**. * If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed, the retainer is **forfeited**. * If your appointment is not scheduled or rescheduled within **7 days**, the retainer will be **forfeited**, and a new retainer will be required to book again. --- **CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING** I completely understand that life happens, and I appreciate as much notice as possible. * A minimum of **48 hours notice** is required to cancel or reschedule. * Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice may be charged **50% of the scheduled service**. * Same-day cancellations may be charged up to **100% of the service total**. --- **NO-SHOW POLICY** * Missed appointments without notice will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**. * Future bookings may require **full prepayment**. --- **LATE POLICY** * Please arrive on time so we have the full time to create your look. * If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may need to be canceled or adjusted and treated as a late cancellation. --- **CONSULTATION & HAIR HISTORY** Great results start with great communication 🤍 Please be open about your full hair history, including: * Previous color (box dye, professional color, henna, etc.) * Chemical treatments (keratin, relaxers, perms) * At-home treatments or damage This helps me protect the integrity of your hair and give you the best possible outcome. --- **NO REFUNDS / ADJUSTMENTS** I stand behind my work and want you to love your hair. * All services are **non-refundable**. * If you have any concerns, please reach out within **48 hours** so I can help. * I’m happy to offer **adjustments within 7 days** when needed. * Adjustments do not include changes to a different look than what was originally agreed upon. Open communication is always encouraged during and after your appointment so we can make sure you feel confident and happy. --- **RESULTS DISCLAIMER** Every head of hair is unique, and results can vary depending on: * Hair history * Condition and integrity of the hair * At-home care While I always aim for your desired result, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. --- **PRICING** * Pricing is based on time, product usage, and hair density/length. * Final pricing may vary. * I do not offer discounts, ensuring consistent quality and fairness for all clients. --- **RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE** For the health of your hair and the overall salon environment, I reserve the right to refuse service if needed. --- **PAYMENT** * Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment. --- **GUESTS** To maintain a calm and focused environment, I kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless they are being serviced. --- **FINAL NOTE** I truly care about your experience and your hair.
